The second-annual Red, White &amp; Zoo event will feature discounts and special animal activities. Even the Horticulture staff is involved. The newest raptor, a female, has been stunning Zoo visitors and staff alike for a little over a week. For the year, our attendance is nearly 10 percent ahead of the same time in 2008, and we're hoping for that trend to continue. There's a lot of Zoo to do this summer without breaking the bank. You can see nearly 3,000 animals for just $10 a person! I think that's a decent deal.
